Jeremiah Garner received formal training in ballet, contemporary, modern, and partnering from Stephen Wynne (2012–2014) at Sangre de Cristo School of Dance in Pueblo, CO, and early training in ballet and ballroom from Rachel's School of Dance in Colorado Springs (2007–2009). He studied contemporary dance and hip hop at Moving People in Santa Fe, NM beginning in 2009.

From 2010–2017, Garner performed with Sangre de Cristo Ballet of Pueblo and appeared as a guest artist with Ballet Society of Colorado Springs and Rachel's School of Dance. His performance roles included Nutcracker Prince, Snow King, Arabian, Russian, and Sugar Plum Cavalier in the Nutcracker, and principal roles in Swan Lake, Sleeping Beauty, and Giselle.

In 2014, he founded Music Marvel Academy in Pueblo West, CO, and joined the Sangre de Cristo School of Dance faculty, teaching partnering, hip hop, and serving as a resident choreographer. After relocating to Florida in 2017, Garner worked in film production, graphic design, and property management. He co-founded Untamed Productions and Avix School for the Arts with Michelle Boutros, developing an integrated arts curriculum.

Since January 2023, Garner has served as co-director of Ormond Ballet, managing operations, technology, photography, and production.
